PURCHASE PROCESS INFORMATION


- In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal or company details.- 

- You will receive an email acknowledging the details of your registration

- The customer will select the products from the merchandise list. All products have a detail list where the customer will choose the format and variation before its purchase.

- You will be able to view on the screen and e-mail of the order confirmation.

- We just accept a bank transfer. Once the payment has been made, you will receive an email acknowledging all the details (see specific points for orders over € 3,000).

- We will first inform the customer about the approximate manufacturing time exclusive of its order.

- At all times the user will be able to access the evolution of the manufacturing process of its order by the established methods of contact (telephone, e-mail, contact module of this web page).

- For orders over € 3,000 (VAT not included) the system will indicate the total result of the order, but the billing and payment method will always be 70/30 for the bank transfer method.

· 70% upon confirmation of the order to start the manufacturing process.
· 30% at the end of the process and before to proceed to the shipment.
